RAIN is a fast-moving digital marketing agency and we're building AI into everything. We run thousands of campaigns a month and AI is the engine we're using to scale without sacrificing quality. We're looking for someone who has already moved past the hype and builds things that actually work. If you've spent real time turning AI into operational systems — not just prompts, but pipelines, knowledge bases, and automated workflows — this role was written for you. And if your obsession with AI is the most impressive thing on your resume, that's enough for us to have a conversation.

What you'll own

1. An internal AI knowledge system that makes institutional knowledge searchable and usable
2. Campaign analysis and reporting workflows that run faster and smarter than anything we have today
3. Prompt frameworks and process standards that scale across a team of 40-plus people
4. AI-driven onboarding and training systems that reduce ramp time and human error

What we're looking for

1. Real experience deploying AI tools into business workflows, not just experimenting with them
2. Strong grasp of LLMs, prompt design, and retrieval-based systems
3. Comfort with structured data and SQL; Python is a plus
4. A builder's mindset — you see a broken process and you want to fix it
