Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Executive will assist in planning, implementing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You’ll be part of a dynamic cross-functional team managing accounts for U.S.-based clients, focusing on achieving performance targets, accurate reporting, and creative collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube.
  • Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and budget pacing.
  • Track and analyze performance data using GA4 and Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ads.
  • Implement conversion tracking and event setup via Google Tag Manager.
  • Assist in preparing weekly/monthly performance reports for clients.
  • Identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization to improve ROI.
  • Support account managers in managing communication and updates with U.S. clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of campaign procedures and reports.
  • Learn and contribute to programmatic advertising workflows under guidance.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or paid media management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, and data reporting tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of programmatic advertising (training will be provided).
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meta or Google Ads certification preferred but not mandatory.
