Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sunday to Friday)

Who We're Looking For

• We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible college students — preferably in their 1st or 2nd year with morning class schedules — who are eager to learn and assist our digital marketing team. No prior experience in digital marketing is needed.
• This is a full-time, on-site internship, ideal for those who want to jumpstart their career in the digital marketing industry by learning directly from professionals.

What You'll Learn

• You will receive training and hands-on experience in:
• Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Network)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, and more)
• Programmatic Advertising platforms
• Performance Reporting and campaign documentation
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for data insights
• Ad operations, audience targeting, and other key digital marketing tools

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently enrolled in college (preferably 1st or 2nd year)
• Must have morning classes and be available full-time from 10 AM to 5 PM
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Patience to work on tasks that require accuracy and repetition
• Quick learner with a strong interest in marketing and analytics
• Good communication skills (listening, writing, and speaking)
• Strong work ethics and a team-first attitude
• Must be willing to work on-site in Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur (this is not a remote role)
