Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of U.S.-based clients, mentoring a team of digital marketing executives, and ensuring that Rain’s campaigns deliver measurable ROI and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
- Lead account strategy discussions, including budget allocation, audience segmentation, ad performance review, and optimization.
- Collaborate with the U.S. team on campaign planning, client communication, and performance reporting.
- Analyze data using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, and internal dashboards to guide strategy.
- Supervise campaign build-out, QA, launch, and optimization cycles to meet KPI goals (CTR, CPL, ROAS).
- Coordinate with creative, copy, and data teams to produce impactful ad creatives and landing pages.
- Develop team SOPs for campaign management, QA processes, and reporting standardization.
- Mentor junior digital marketers on platform best practices and data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct regular client audits, propose optimization strategies, and prepare executive reports.
- Stay updated on platform changes (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and propose innovations for Rain’s automation and AI integration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, agency or client-side.
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
- Experience managing monthly budgets above USD 10,000–50,000.
- Working knowledge of programmatic advertising (StackAdapt, Basis, or DV360) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with international clients.
- Leadership experience managing small-to-medium teams.
- Certification in Meta or Google Ads is a strong plus.
