We utilized smart targeting strategies on Facebook, Instagram, and Google to identify and engage potential candidates who would be an excellent fit for our client. Our multi-layered campaign leveraged demographic data, behavioral insights, and keyword targeting to reach a more qualified and diverse audience.
We didn't just stop at targeting; we also optimized ad creatives and landing pages to ensure a seamless and compelling user experience. This encouraged high-quality applications and allowed us to capture candidates at various stages of the job-seeking process, including those valuable prospects at the top of the funnel who may not have been actively looking but were the right fit for the roles.
The results were nothing short of transformative. From January through July, our client received 9,681 applications, a staggering increase compared to the 3,707 received during the same period the previous year.
Despite having 3% fewer open positions, they made 328 new external hires, compared to 249 in the same timeframe the year before. Our ad campaigns generated 1,089,887 impressions and 19,452 clicks, significantly amplifying the reach and effectiveness of our client's recruitment efforts.
